PLACING YOUR ORDER
Please ensure you double check your post/zip code, it will delay your order if we have to query an incomplete address. If you have a specific delivery date request, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate this.
Payments can be made securely online with Square payments or via Paypal. Your privacy and security are assured. Our prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP), which means that international credit card providers and/or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add a processing or administration fee if your order has to be converted to a currency other than GBP.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from TUBO; if applicable, you’ll receive a tracking code shortly after your order is dispatched. We aim to dispatch your order within two working days, but if we have any queries (usually due to stock availability or an incomplete delivery address), we will email you and hold your order until we receive a response.
All orders can only be delivered Monday to Friday.
If you order on a Friday after 10am, during the weekend or over a bank holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day so may take a little longer.
We use Royal Mail & Hermes to ensures the safe and swift delivery of your goods to the postal address you specify in your order.

When you have finished your online shopping and prior to payment, select 'collect from store' from the delivery option. Subject to availability we aim to have your order ready for collection within 24 hours. You will receive an email despatch notification to let you know your order is ready for collection and details on how and when to collect.

We will need to receive the goods back to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of delivery in a resalable condition.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning products unless returned as faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied. If a discount was applied to your order, returned items will be refunded with the discount price paid.
All returned products are inspected when we receive them. If a product is returned in a condition we think is unfit for reselling, we will not process the refund and will inform you of the decision via e-mail.
