Every effort has been made to ensure that products are presented as accurately as possible on our website. Goods are subject to availability. 

 

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Please ensure you double check your post/zip code, it will delay your order if we have to query an incomplete address. If you have a specific delivery date request, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate this.

Payments can be made securely online with Square payments or via Paypal. Your privacy and security are assured. Our prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP), which means that international credit card providers and/or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add a processing or administration fee if your order has to be converted to a currency other than GBP.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from TUBO; if applicable, you’ll receive a tracking code shortly after your order is dispatched. We aim to dispatch your order within two working days, but if we have any queries (usually due to stock availability or an incomplete delivery address), we will email you and hold your order until we receive a response.

 

PLEASE NOTE

  • All orders can only be delivered Monday to Friday,

  • If you order on a Friday after 10am, during the weekend or over a bank holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day so may take a little longer  to arrive,

  • We use Royal Mail & Hermes to ensures the safe and swift delivery of your goods to the postal address you specify on your order,

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day,

  • Please allow one additional day for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and off-shore islands,

CLICK AND COLLECT

When you have finished your online shopping and prior to payment, select 'collect from store' from the delivery option. Subject to availability we aim to have your order ready for collection within 24 hours. You will receive an email despatch notification to let you know your order is ready for collection and details on how and when to collect. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to government restrictions currently in place it might take slightly longer to receive your order with Royal Mail.  We appreciate your patience but please let us know if you have not received your order after 10 days.

  Returns

It's OK to change your mind, just fill in the form below with your order details and reason for return. We aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your request.

 

Goods should be returned within 30 days of delivery, at the customer's expense, in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Please ensure goods are packaged securely, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please retain proof of postage. 

 

We will cover postage costs of goods returned if received from us as faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied.  

All returned goods are inspected on arrival and refund will be processed within 7 days. Should a product be returned in a condition we deem as unfit for resale, we will not process the refund and will inform you of this decision via e-mail.
